The platform allows different levels of access to your organization:

Free: the new user is under no obligation to create an account. He can come in and contribute without identifying himself.

Public: the new user must create his account but he has 7 days to confirm his email. Beyond that, his profile is blocked.

Semi Public: the new user must create their account and confirm their email address before entering the platform.

Semi Private: the new user must create their account, confirm their email address and use an email whose domain name is authorized by the administrator.

Private: the new user simply has to confirm their email. Their account must have been previously created by the administrator.
