However, decision making processes are often biased by phenomena such as the dominance of certain members, lack of transparency, or a lack of clear consensus. This process offers a simple and structured approach to optimize the effectiveness of critical decision making

With this questionnaire, each member of the Committee can express his or her opinion on the major decisions submitted to the vote, by choosing from the following options:

• For : full support for the decision.
• For with reservations : a global agreement, but with specific concerns.
• Against with reservations : a relative disagreement, leaving room for a possible compromise.
• Against : a frank and reasoned opposition.

This approach promotes a more inclusive, transparent decision-making process based on rational criteria, while providing better traceability of the positions expressed by each party.
