Every day, part of our time is eaten up by time-consuming activities for which we do not really see the added value. These activities have a name: MUDAS (Japanese word meaning waste).
Nobody likes MUDAS
MUDAS are painful. They demotivate employees, tire customers and limit the company's performance. As no one likes to waste their time, there is generally consensus on hunting MUDAS.
The MUDAS hunt takes place in several stages:
- The first step is to define the perimeter of the hunt
- The second step consists of mobilizing a team of hunters
- The hunters begin by flushing out and describing the MUDAS
- The MUDAS are then analyzed and sorted to define priorities
- Actions are being taken to eliminate them quickly and sustainably
- Actions are monitored and their impacts on MUDAS are measured
- Hunters celebrate their victories and share their experiences
If you are here, it is because you have been selected to hunt MUDAS and this questionnaire (challenge) constitutes the first step.
Up to you !
