Are you an independent consultant or do you work for a consulting firm?


The objective of this questionnaire is to anticipate the impacts that artificial intelligence will have "tomorrow" on the HR practices of firms: recruitment, development, loyalty, evaluation, remuneration, organization, culture, etc.

Today the standard model is the pyramid (model A) with a ratio of Senior to Junior management that varies depending on the firm's business (high ratio in strategy firms, medium in transformation firms and low in ESNs).
