Every day, we dedicate a significant portion of our time to activities whose added value we don't really see. These activities have a name: MUDAS (a Japanese word meaning waste).
Nobody likes MUDAS
Waste (Mudas) is a problem. It erodes customer satisfaction, undermines employee motivation, and reduces business performance.
Nobody likes Mudas because nobody has time to waste.
The MUDA SAFARI program consists of 8 stages:
- The first step is to define the hunting ground and the rules of the game.
- The second step involves selecting, informing, and training hunters.
- The hunters participate in a workshop to identify and describe the MUDAS
- The MUDAS are then analyzed to sort those to be eliminated as a priority.
- Workshops are organized to target the MUDAS to be eliminated as a priority.
- Each manager gathers their team to define objectives and action plans
- Shares are tracked weekly and profits monthly.
Every victory is shared and celebrated by all the hunters.
If you are here, it means you have been selected to hunt down MUDAS and this questionnaire is the first step which should not take you more than 15 minutes:
(Note: The best hunters complete this stage in less than 10 minutes...)
